 I have been an Occupational Therapist since 1993 working in a variety of settings such as hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home Health, and school systems with children from Pre-K through 8th grade.  I completed several classes for Healing Touch and John Barnes' Subtle Energy Therapy.  I taught in the Occupational Therapy Assistant program in the Community College setting.  Since 2007, I have been a John Barnes Myofascial Release Practitioner. 

In March 2020, I focused my attention on self-improvement and found amazing changes happening in my life with the application of the Energy Codes® practices and receiving B.E.S.T. and Spiritual B.E.S.T. treatments.  I am now a Certified Energy Codes ® Coach as well as a Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique (B.E.S.T.) and Spiritual B.E.S.T. Practitioner.  I have completed Dr Sue Morter's Remote Healing, Remote B.E.S.T., and Advanced Practitioners classes as well.
Assisting others on their journey is a beautiful opportunity that brings me joy.
